If you or your company offers a service or product for landlords or managers nationwide, I would encourage you to take advantage of one of the sponsorship opportunities at our upcoming National Landlord Convention. It is the only national Convention specifically targeted for the Mom and Pop Landlords, where the vast majority of the attendees actually already own rental property. Based on the last 20 years of doing this event, we normally anticipate between 300 and 350 attendees. This year however, with everything going on, it will be half that number.  Those who do attend are determined and serious about their success (and learning about any services or products that will add to their success) . Attendees are not just wannabe real estate investors, 90% of the attendees currently own rental property and many have for several years. For companies who may want LIVE and direct connection with our most active customers, these Convention sponsorships are your best advertising options. Bronze Sponsor. For companies who wish to show their support of our Convention, but are unable to be present at this event, they can be a Bronze Sponsor. The Bronze Sponsorship includes:

Frequently Asked Questions of Potential Sponsors:

Q.) How many break-out sessions/opportunities does our company have to interact with your customers?
A.) There will be at least 5 breaks each day, along with Early-Bird coffee sessions each morning courtesy of our Sponsors.

Q.) Will our company be able to address attendees from the front of the room?
A.) Yes. Each Silver sponsor will be given 1 to 2 minutes to talk from the front of the room. Additional time is given for Gold, Platinum and Diamond Sponsors.

Q.) Who is it that attends your convention?
A.) 95% of those who attend the MrLandlord.com actually own rental property. On average, between 5-20 rentals with many attendees having an even larger portfolio.

Q.) Will our company be able to pass out literature to the attendees?
A.) Yes. Each sponsor will be given a table (or the equivalent area where they can put up a booth) where they can display and handout company literature, pens or any other pre-approved promotional materials.
